Oh yum! And in response to your question to dumpster dive in SLO, I’m down. The Trader Joe’s in SLO is the one I went to as my dumpster diving experience.
Shout-out to Jose, chef extraordinaire, responsible for most of the gorgeous food on display here, which tasted as divine as it looked!!
